Doorstep banking is a convenient service that eliminates the need for customers to physically visit their bank branches for routine banking activities such as obtaining an account statement, depositing a cheque, or requesting a demand draft. The process is simple - customers can easily book the service through the Doorstep Banking app or portal.

With Doorstep Banking, bank customers have the flexibility to request various banking services, including pick-up of new cheque book requisition slips and negotiable instruments, from their preferred locations. This allows them to carry out their day-to-day banking tasks from the comfort of their home or office. A designated Doorstep Banking (DSB) agent will collect the necessary documents from the customer and deliver them to the bank.

The following instruments can be picked up and dropped off at the requested branch:

2. Pickup Cheque instrument
3. Pickup DD/Pay Orders
4. Pickup New cheque book requisition slip
5. Pickup 15G forms
6. Pickup 15H forms
7. Pickup IT challan
8. Pickup GST Challan
9. Pickup Standing Instructions
10. Jeevan pramaan life certificate
11. Cash Withdrawal

Doorstep Banking also offers the convenience of having certain banking instruments delivered directly to customers' doorsteps. This includes services such as delivery of account statements and term deposit receipts/acknowledgements. To access these services, customers can simply book a service with Doorstep Banking and enjoy the ease of day-to-day banking from their preferred location. A DSB agent will be assigned to handle the delivery service.

The following instruments can be delivered to customers' doorsteps:

1. Request Account Statement
2. Delivery of Non-personalised Cheque Books
3. Delivery of DD/Pay Orders
4. Delivery of Term Deposit Receipt/Acknowledgement
5. TDS / Form 16 Certificate
6. Prepaid instrument/Gift card
